چکیده

Sebagai upaya mengantisipasi risiko penyakit global serta permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang merupakan masalah darurat menjadi perhatian dunia, maka Kantor Kesehatan Pelabuhan (KKP) sebagai instansi pemerintah Republik Indonesia mempunyai tugas melaksanakan pencegahan masuk dan keluarnya penyakit, potensial wabah, surveilans epidemiologi, kekarantinaan, pengendalian dampak lingkungan, pelayanan kesehatan, pengawasan obat, makanan, kosmetika, alat bahan adiktif (OMKABA) pengamanan terhadap baru, muncul kembali, bioterorisme, unsur biologi, kimia radiasi di wilayah kerja bandara, pelabuhan, lintas batas darat negara berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri (Permenkes) Nomor 77 Tahun 2020 Tentang Organisasi Tata Kerja KKP harus mampu menangkal mungkin melalui orang, angkut, barang termasuk container dari lain dengan melakukan tindakan tanpa menghambat perjalanan perdagangan.
